Randy Sidwell
Physical Therapist / Owner
Randy C. Sidwell, owner of Pocatello Physical Therapy, has been providing a wide spectrum of skilled physical therapy services since 1996. Prior to graduating with an MS/PT degree from North Georgia College, Randy excelled in collegiate sports at Brigham Young University, where his love of physical therapy and athletic training began. Dedicated to continuing education, he has expanded his professional knowledge and skills over the years, enhancing his therapeutic services and innovative expertise, and helping thousands of individuals achieve positive results. In addition to traditional outpatient physical therapy, Randy has dedicated experience with athletic training, sports medicine, hand therapy, dry needling, women’s health/pelvic floor therapy, TMJ/TMD therapy, and work hardening.
Residents of Pocatello since 2001, Randy and his wife, Julia, are proud parents to five children. In his free time, Randy enjoys anything sports-related, spending time with his family, serving his community, and exploring America’s national parks. He cares deeply about his work as a physical therapist and believes strongly in helping people achieve a greater quality of life – one person at a time.
Janae Lawver
Office Manager
Janae has lived in Pocatello her whole life. She has a very knowledgeable background in insurance, management and organization. When it comes it keeping our office running smooth we appreciate having Janae on our team.
When Janae is not at the office you can find her cooking as the Head Chef at the Palace Theatre, or in a river kayaking with her family in the summer. Janae loves to help people and takes pride in making sure every patient is taken care of.
Camille Jensen
Physical Therapist Assistant
Camille has been a trained physical therapist assistant (PTA) since 2014, earning her PTA certification from Idaho State University. She has been with Pocatello Physical Therapy since April 2018 and loves helping our patients! Camille and her husband have two children and she enjoys hiking, vacationing with her family, and good food.
Maya Carrico
Physical Therapist Assistant
Maya graduated from the PTA Program at Idaho State University in 2020 and earned her Bachelor of Applied Science degree in 2021. Maya was first introduced to Physical Therapy in high school while rehabbing a knee injury. During school, she worked as a PT technician in various outpatient settings, gaining experience with a wide variety of physical conditions. She loves helping patients develop specific rehab programs that match their lives, and helping them reach their PT goals. Maya enjoys spending her free time outdoors, and is an active cyclist, skier, and hiker.
Alyssa Shirley
Technician
My name is Alyssa Shirley, and I work as a Technician at Pocatello Physical Therapy. I joined the team in May 2021 and have loved getting to know our patients and helping them get back to where they need to be. I recently graduated with my Bachelors in Heath Science from Idaho State University, and will be starting the Master of Occupational Therapy program in the fall of 2022. When I’m not in the office, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our border collie named Artie, playing board games, and traveling to Boise to visit family
Emma Sidwell
Technician
Emma is one of our Technicians. Emma has been in our clinic for 3 summers. She is very good with all our patients setting them up on E-stim, keeping our office clean, and being a big help during our busy times of the day. Emma loves to hang out with friends and travel with her family.
